Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and our fulfilment process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Minor cosmetic differences that do not affect functionality
- Normal wear and tear

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Snugpupco@outlook.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video showing the issue
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Important Notes
We may require basic troubleshooting before approving a refund or replacement.
Items must not be intentionally damaged or misused.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
